Announcement is an official notification about something so know to many people are usually written announcement. Pasted on a board it easy to see people or published.

Purpose: the purpose of announcement is to information us what has happened or what will happen.

Day and Date   : Day and Date realization

Time                : The text that contains when the event will be held

Place                : The text that contains where the event will be held

Sender            : The text that contains name of the person who will be contacted
